Our promise

While it's free, there's nothing to refund.

The Valuation Review Report is free for a limited time while we validate it, so no payment is taken. Once the paid version launches this applies: if the report didn't give you what you needed, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $39.00 CAD, no questions asked.

When the paid version launches we'll offer this because we'd rather you tried the report than hesitated over it — and because a product that needs to trap people isn't a product worth running.

Right now there's nothing to buy

The full report is free for a limited time while we validate it. When the paid version launches, you'll still be able to build your entire report and preview the analysis without paying. You'll see your vehicle details, your offer, and the beginning of the market evidence before you're asked for anything. We'd encourage you to use that preview: the best refund is the purchase that didn't need to happen.

How to request a refund

  1. Send us a messageUse the contact form or reply to your Stripe receipt. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the payment.
  2. We confirmWe'll reply within two business days confirming the refund has been issued.
  3. Money returns to your cardStripe returns funds to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

A reason isn't required. If you'd like to share one, it genuinely helps us improve the product — but it's entirely optional.

The fine print

Things a refund can't do

To be straightforward with you, once there is something to refund: it returns your purchase price. It can't change how your insurer responded, and it isn't an admission that the analysis was wrong. Sometimes an offer genuinely is fair — our report will say so plainly when the evidence supports it, and that outcome is still worth knowing. If you feel that wasn't worth paying for, take the refund with our blessing.

Chargebacks

If something's gone wrong, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than your bank can, and we've never refused a refund request inside the window. If you do file a chargeback, we'll provide Stripe with the transaction record and this policy.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
